Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PipReaper software, signals, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

PipReaper provides automated forex trading software and trading signal services. The Services include:

  • PipReaper Pro desktop application for automated trading via MetaTrader 5
  • Trading signals delivered via Telegram
  • Related tools, analytics, and support

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to trade forex in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with local laws and regulations.

4. License & Subscriptions

4.1 Software License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PipReaper software subject to these Terms and your active subscription or license.

4.2 License Restrictions

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Do not redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key
  • Do not use the software on more machines than your plan permits
  • Do not use the software for illegal purposes

4.3 Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe, Paystack, cryptocurrency). We do not store your full payment card details.

5.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the software before purchasing. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests can be submitted to support@pipreaper.com within 7 days of purchase.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.

6. Trading Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: Trading forex carries significant risk of financial loss.

  • PipReaper does not guarantee profits or specific trading results
  • Past performance of signals or automated trading does not guarantee future results
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses
  • PipReaper is a tool — it does not provide financial advice
  • Only trade with money you can afford to lose

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • PipReaper shall not be liable for any trading losses, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for losses caused by broker operations, market conditions, system failures, internet connectivity, or factors beyond our control

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, strategies, branding, and materials related to PipReaper are our intellectual property or used under license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key and account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your subscription.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software is revoked.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
